All painting and wallpapering quote requests are reviewed and submitted within 2 business days. If you are working on a short timeline and would like to speak with someone sooner, please call our office.
All painting and wallpapering quotes are final and there are no surprise fees. When providing an estimate we consider factors such as the surface area, materials needed, and scope of work before providing a detailed estimate.
Of course, there are times when the project scope is changed and will affect the final cost, however, clients will always be advised if a suggested change will increase the cost of the project and be able to make a decision whether or not they would like to proceed.
The timeline for a commercial painting project depends on the size of the building, the complexity of the job, and any special requirements. The Sarson Painting team works efficiently while ensuring high-quality results, and will provide you with a clear timeline during the consultation process. All clients are provided with a contact number and email for their assigned Painter. If a Painter is not on-site and you have a question, please contact them directly or connect with our Operations Manager to address any concerns.
Our professional wallpaper installers will handle all the necessary wall preparation for you. We typically recommend priming walls before wallpaper installation to ensure the best adhesion and long-lasting results, but again this is something our team will take care of for you. Even if your walls need repairs, we’ll take care of that too.
Venetian plaster is a luxurious finish that adds a high-end, textured look to any space. It’s highly durable, resistant to moisture, and can be customized to achieve various textures and shades, making it a great option for both commercial and residential properties looking to achieve a unique and upscale decor.
Venetian plaster is quite low-maintenance and can last for years with minimal upkeep. It’s resistant to cracking and fading. However, periodic cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to maintain its beautiful finish, especially in high-traffic spaces. We can also advise on additional protective coatings if needed.
